Exciting News: Introducing a Streamlined Approach to Boost Your Revenue with AdSense for Search and Programmable Search Engine.
Commencing March 4, 2024, a crucial update requires adding new sites for AdSense for Search (AFS) to the Sites tab in your AdSense account before displaying ads. Each site undergoes a verification process to confirm ownership or modification capabilities.
This verification also assesses site compliance with AdSense program policies and Google Publisher policies. Once checks are complete, your site will be marked as ‘Ready,’ enabling the display of AFS ads.
To ensure a seamless transition, we’re implementing this change in stages.
- Existing sites currently monetized with AFS will automatically appear in your Sites tab. You have until August 30, 2024, to submit them for approval, with ads continuing to serve during this period.
- Failure to submit sites for review by August 30, 2024, will result in the cessation of AFS ads until approval.
